Stakeholder Action

Convened an educational dialogue forum and analyzed structural assessment systems in Northeastern Kenya, producing actionable policy briefs and strategic reports to drive equitable national education reform.

Climate & Infrastructure
Resilience

Conducted foresight modeling to assess the impact of climate shocks on schooling, developing strategies for adaptive, inclusive educational infrastructure in the ASALs in Kenya.

Development

Partnered with the Garissa County Government to co-design a youth framework for the 2023–2027 CIDP, focusing on economic inclusion, green entrepreneurship, and civic tech.
